Our Services

Engineering Solutions for Public Infrastructure

Traffic Studies

Comprehensive traffic impact assessments, volume counts, trip & parking generation, traffic operations analysis, mitigation measure development and safety studies that meet city, county, state and federal standards. Our data-driven approach gives agencies the evidence they need to make sound infrastructure decisions.

Proven Methodology

Every engagement follows a rigorous, documented process — from scoping through final deliveries. Our methodology is built on 27 years of public infrastructure and land development work.

On-Time, On-Budget Delivery

We have an approximately 90% on-time delivery record across 100+ projects. Client timelines and budget cycles are not suggestions — they are commitments we take seriously.

Featured Projects

Infrastructure That Serves Communities

State Route 238 Widening & Improvements
City of Maricopa, Arizona

State Route 238 Widening & Improvements

Traffic impact analysis of proposed, and likely adjacent development, intersection type and control alternatives (roundabouts or traffic signs), and intersection & traffic  signal preliminary design for a 2-mile arterial expansion from two to four lanes with access control median and turn lanes.

I-15 Farmington to Salt Lake City EIS
Utah Department of Transportation

I-15 Farmington to Salt Lake City EIS

Lead the traffic simulation modeling efforts for the I-15 Davis EIS. Simulation included a 17 mile VISSIM freeway model from Salt Lake City to Farmington, Utah to evaluate widening. It also included nine interchange VISSIM models to evaluate different interchange configuration for optimal type, lane requirements and storage lengths.

20th Street HOV/BAT Lanes
City of Lake Stevens, WA

20th Street HOV/BAT Lanes

Led the traffic operations microscopic simulation analysis and the writing of the Traffic Analysis Report for the addition of a westbound High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV), and Business Access and Transit (BAT) lane on westbound 20th Street. The project provided an uncongested westbound lane so transit vehicles and high occupancy vehicles can bypass the long westbound queue during the AM peak period.
